88 Things for you to do in Singapore

Where to go, what to see, and more in Singapore – it’s time to unlock the family fun and tourist spots on Singapore. These outings are ideal for anyone who would like to spend a day experiencing Singapore as if they were foreign visitors, or if you are indeed an overseas visitor to our little country.

You might believe you’ve seen everything there is to see in Singapore, but are you really sure? You should revaluate where you are at this point. We’ve put together a full schedule to make sure you don’t miss a thing in the little red dot of Singapore, which has a lot more to offer than meets the eye.

It’s true that Singapore isn’t very big, yet despite its size, it’s chock full of exciting tourist destinations no matter where you’re from. Anyone who wants to spend a day touring the Singapore as if they were foreign tourists may enjoy one of these excursions.

Plus click our Klook Book Now links to enjoy many discount offerings. Now that floats my boat. Enjoy excursions such as;

Gardens by the Bay. An excursion here is perfect complement to any day trip or family day out, with its lush outdoor gardens surrounding enclosed conservatories filled with all sorts of vibrant flora and environments, from the enormous indoor waterfall in the Cloud Forest to the seasonally changing flower showcases in the Flower Dome.

At night, when the Garden Rhapsody light and sound show is playing, the Supertree Grove is at its most spectacular. The OCBC Skyway is a great place to take a walk amid the trees and take in the sights. In fact, maybe make that a full day here.

Get aboard the SkyHelix Sentosa for unparalleled 360-degree panoramas of the island and the Greater Southern Waterfront. As the open-air gondola spirals upwards, you’ll gain 79 meters in altitude and be able to drink in the beautiful scenery. Go at night for incredible twinkling light views, and even grab a beer or a cocktail to make it a very special Singapore bar experience.

Climb to the very top of Asia’s largest observation wheel, the Singapore Flyer, and take in the amazing views of Singapore below. 165 meters is the height of the Singapore Flyer, which is about the same as 31 giraffes stacked on top of each other.

The award-winning Ducktours experience is a one-hour journey in an amphibious vehicle along the Civic District and then into the waterways for a harbour tour, passing landmarks like the Merlion, Fullerton Bay Hotel, Clark Quay, Boat Quay and Marina Bay Sands. I might suggest some ear-plugs, these vehicles are certainly noisy.

The 10-story Jewel Changi at Changi Airport features a 40-meter indoor waterfall, lush indoor woods, and a variety of worldwide flagship brands, popular food and beverage outlets, and Jewel-only exclusives. Canopy bridge walks, Foggy Bowls, and even enormous sky nets (a favourite with my Jude Jude) and hedge mazes are just a few of the fun activities available on the roof for kids and adults alike.

S.E.A. Aquarium is one of the largest aquariums in the world, housing over 100,000 marine animals from over 1,000 species. We really enjoy seeing the jellyfish, manta rays, and hammerhead sharks across the nine zones. The open-sea aquarium is absolutely breath-taking and worth a visit just for that, plus at night it becomes a unique fine-dining location.

Hydrodash is great fun for the whole family and can be found at Palawan Beach on Sentosa. Climb, slide, and leap your way through the slick obstacles of this inflatable playground’s four distinct “race zones.” Just maybe do some sit ups and train that inner core before visiting because it is hard work pulling yourself back on the floating playground all the time

There are 14 exciting rides and attractions to enjoy at Adventure Cove Waterpark, from the high-speed water slides of Dueling Racer to the relaxing floats along Adventure River. In addition to the thrilling water rides, guests can enjoy snorkelling among the colourful marine life of Rainbow Reef and mingling with the sociable rays of Ray Bay. This is a massive family favourite for us.

And finally, why not board the Sentosa Skyride, a ski-lift style ride, to take in breath-taking views of the entire island! The don a helmet and get your excitement levels up, with Sentosa’s Luge, a cross between a sled and a go-kart, will take you tearing down the mountain in no time. Jude Jude and I love this, and frequently race each other to the bottom, whilst waiting for Mum to come down at the speed of a golf-cart.

Read on for many many more fun things to do on our amazing little island of Singapore, our little Red Dot. Plus enjoy those discounts. Hundreds of dollar to be saved. Enjoy!!!
