is life a recipe

Welcome to the Islifearecipe, recipe page. Here you will find a plethora of my own recipes, and recreations of food and dishes I have eaten from across South East Asia. Have a good browse by starters, mains, desserts, and even cocktails, or alternatively, you can search for anything you might be looking for in the search box on the banner at the top of the page.

The recipes are a fusion of Eastern and Western influences. They are all mementos and memories, in food, from my travels across South East Asia and beyond. There are classics such as my own versions of Hainanese Chicken Rice, Laksa, Sisig, Singaporean Slow-Roast Pork Belly, and my signature dishes of Tomahawks Pink2Pink.

I hope you enjoy reading, watching, and creating some of these dishes as much as I have over the years, and am happy to be able to share my experiences with you all through Is Life a Recipe.
