Yes, more Sushi in Bedok Mall but the good news is that Junshin Express is Halal Sushi! They have all the usual suspects, Sushi, Sashimi, Gunkan, and Maki but some items stand out, the Fruits and Dim Sum which do not really fit the Sushi modus operandi!
The Maki roll is one of the favorites among the Junshin Express customers, choices are Big or Small, and then add ingredients by your personal preference. We recommend the Charred Salmon Roll for that umami taste! You can order the Soft Shell Crab Maki for $8.80 (Excl. GST) online, bargain!)
What on earth are Fruits and Dim Sum doing here? Well, I guess there might be some people who don’t eat meat or fish, so the banana, Kiwi, or Strawberry sushi is a thing, don’t knock it until you have tried it!
The Dim Sum has 5 choices, all very different from what you’d find on a typical Dim Sum menu, Chicken Otah Lemon Grass, Chicken Sugar Cane (I even I am questioning this one!), Liu Sha Pau, Quail Egg Siew Mai, and Yam Nest! Then they have a steam and fried Dim Sum selection that has all the usual items to choose from.
Junshin Express Delivery is island-wide, be sure to check their website on minimum orders before ordering delivery.

Earle Swensen opened his first Ice Cream Shoppe in San Francisco in 1948 on Russian Hill. He advertised his ice cream as being “Good as Father Used to Make,” but he had no idea that Swensen’s would one day become a name that was synonymous with the most extraordinary and delicious ice cream that the world had ever known.
Since that time, more than 180 types of ice cream have been developed, and they are liked by people of all ages, which has earned Earle Swensen the title of “America’s Ice Cream Man.” The fact that there are over 200 Swensen’s ice cream locations all over the world, including in Asia, the Middle East, the United States of America, and South America, is proof certain that ice cream fans agreed with the statement.
Swensen’s first opened its doors in Singapore in 1979 and quickly became a local favorite by providing customers with mouthwatering ice cream sundaes served in a welcoming environment that lacked any air of pretense. When it’s time to relax over a meal or commemorate a momentous occasion, friends and family often gather in the warm and inviting booth chairs that feature the signature Tiffany lights.

Our conclusions of 22 places to eat at Bedok Mall
The Bedok Mall can be found in the Singapore neighbourhood of the same name. It is a part of a larger mixed-use project that also includes housing and retail space, and it is connected to the nearby bus station.
Built on the site of the former Bedok bus interchange, it was the first large shopping mall to open in the area. As far as we know, this shopping center was the first of its sort in Bedok and it is a MONSTER.
Directly above the mall, on Level 2, is the bus interchange, and a link to the Bedok MRT station can be found in the mall’s basement, Level 2.
Nearby is also the Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre, which is equally colossal.
Watch this blog for some content about that coming soon. We’re going large on that hawker.
We love it here. It really is a day trip for the family. Do some good shopping browsing, enjoy the cool air and chow down on a plethora of international food options. Our 22 places to eat at Bedok Mall is scratching the surface. More to come.
