Birthday BBQ | ChillaxBBQ | BBQ lobster
Still suffering from lockdown in Singapore and birthdays are continually getting impacted because of such. No meals out, so we resort to dining in and today was a great example of that. Off to the hosts with the most, our BFF’s The Archers who have a house built for parties. We were celebrating the birthday of His Knibbs. A great crew of friends, far too much wine and cocktails and an incredible array of foods from C and Chef Lukster, Mrs K with an incredible cake and of course ChillaxBBQ.CLICK HERE TO WATCH THE FUN
It was such fun, like seriously good.
It goes like this;
- Potato salad
- Coleslaw
- Alaskan King Crab legs with quasi-Chimi sauce
- BBQ lobster with garlic butter
- 2x Toma
- Blackmore Wagyu
- Sambal Yabbies with Basil & Butter
- Frozen watermelon balls with lime juice & raspberry liqueur
And even a late-night snack for the ladies – egg-fried rice, miso sweetcorn and pan-fried salmon fillets.
