MB6/7, 350 days grain-fed Australian Sanchoku Wagyu wet-cured for up to 2 weeks. With truffle black sesame. They will need an extra 30 minutes of preparation. Well worth the wait. This is up there with the Steak Gods. It really is. I will go so far as to say it is one of the very best steaks I have ever eaten in Singapore. It’s just superb.
TWICE SAUTEED SHROOMS
Shrooms caramelized over 3 hours until chewy and nutty. With silver onions. Some of the best mushrooms you’re likely to ever eat. Perfect bed-fellows with that tomahawk.
BUTTERY MASHED US POTATOES
With almond flakes. Woof. Such delicious mash, and again just so perfect with that tomahawk steak. You just can’t go wrong here.
Fruits are made fizzy from pressurized CO2. Crazy scientist stuff this. Lychees were popped in a soda maker and pressurized. When you eat them they are fizzy, literally. Crazy but excellent dessert.
