It’s the East Coast stretch where people wander out in flip-flops, meet neighbours and friends for dinner, and accidentally stay out three hours longer than planned (yes Wifey, I know you’re gonna read this, so…). When a new restaurant and/or pub opens here, it doesn’t need fireworks or velvet ropes. It simply needs to serve food that makes people book the opening night, and immediately say afterwards, “Let’s go back next week.”
That’s why the upcoming opening of Tanaka Pub Siglap has already caught Islifearecipe’s attention.
