Located on the lower level of the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel, Beanstro is a great coffee shop to stop by for a quick caffeine fix or casual lunch. Featuring bright, airy interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Singapore skyline and marina, Beanstro has a lovely outdoor patio area as well.
The coffee and espresso drinks here are excellent. I enjoyed a flat white made with high quality, locally roasted beans. A wide selection of teas and specialty drinks like matcha and chai lattes are also available. The baristas are professional and know their stuff.
In addition to drinks, Beanstro serves a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks. The chicken pesto panini I tried was tasty and filling. Other options include acai bowls, breakfast sandwiches, and baked goods like muffins. Gluten-free and vegan choices are labeled as well.
While prices are a bit higher than your average coffee shop due to the upscale location, the quality of ingredients and beautiful atmosphere make it worth it in my opinion. Beanstro is also centrally located right at MBS, making it a convenient pit stop. I would definitely return for a nice coffee or bite while taking in the views of the harbor. Overall, Beanstro delivers excellent coffee and light fare in a picturesque setting.
