Caviar, with Morello sour Cherries on Cheese Crackers: easiest recipe of all time
You have to be kidding me. I can hear you all now. No way, have you been drinking you fool etc. Well, here it is my Caviar, with Morello sour Cherries on Cheese Crackers.
Beautiful little things. Salty with light fishy taste, cut through by the cheese cracker taste and texture and then boom in comes the Morello cherry flavours. Woo Hoo!!!
Caviar, with Morello sour Cherries on Cheese Crackers came to me as I walked the lonely aisles of Cold Storage one day, searching for inspiration for a few dishes for an impromptu BBQ. And seriously how bloody easy is this dish to prepare?
- 1 packet of Chinese, cheese flavoured rice crackers;
- 1 jar of pitted Morello sour cherries – slice each cherry in to 3 or 4 small pieces; and
- 1 jar of of caviar, or similar product.
It truly is as easy as this. Take a serving platter. Lay out crackers. Spoon the caviar on top of a cracker (about a heaped teaspoon per cracker). Place 2-3 pieces of Morello Cherry on top – as per photo. Serve.
DONE!!! Caviar, with Morello sour Cherries on Cheese Crackers. Careful as these things flew off the plate, gone in the blink of an eye, literally. Adults, kids – all enjoyed. Again so so simple to make and so impressive as an outcome. Come on give this one a try. Salty, cheese and sour, flavour explosions in your gob. ENJOY!!!
