Korean Suckling Pig at Universal Studios

You may have seen my other blog about my trip to the Singapore Aquarium with my Mum? Well, on the way back home, I was showing her some of the new things in and around Universal Studios. Whilst we were doing this I spotted something brand new, that I had not seen before. Did I espy from the corner of my little eye, something beginning with SP. Yes folks it was Universal Studios & Korean Suckling Pig.

Here he or she is - a little <a class=

Oh yeah baby – Universal Studios & Korean Suckling Pig.

Literally, we were walking past this entrance. Wow I have not noticed this before thought I. Then on the pull up sign to the left of Mum in the photo - what do I see? A picture of a little pig. Yes a little suckling pig. Yes a little <a class=

We had Universal Studios & Korean Suckling Pig. Simply roasted, with some special sauce on the crackling. This was good. The cook even said “Would you like the leg?”

“Would I, oh yes please absolutely..” says I

“Wow OK, that’s unusual says he, no one ever wants the leg!”

Maybe because this extra from Charlotte’s Web, had lost all 4 of his. Little trotters still attached to the little legs. We had it, we ate it, we loved it. Loads of meat on his little leg. Simply delicious. We also had Iberico pork loin. Simply roasted, stir fried with onion and mushroom, and served up with a really meaty gravy. I really liked this one.

A little qwerky right? But I liked this place. Must be new as quite empty.
A little qwerky right? But I like this place. It must be new though as it is quite empty. That’s our cook in the middle stall preparing our fare. See to the left of him, where it states in green ‘Kiosk 2. You go there and place your order from the menu, you pay by cash or card and it prints a ticket that you simply had over to the cook for him/her to prep all your food. There’s actually about 5 or 6 different Korean restaurants in here.

I wouldn’t travel all the way to Sentosa to eat here, but if I happened to be on Sentosa or near to Universal Studios I very would likely pop my head in here and grab a takeaway to munch on as I walked. Well worth a look and well done Universal Studios & Korean Suckling Pig – It is the first time for me to ever see suckling pig on a takeaway menu, it was good!

ENJOY!!!
