Well I have to say she looks very happy and very proud of herself – and rightly so!!! Well done Tiana.

Any aspiring Cook/Chef will tell you the same I am certain, that the proudest time is when someone comments on your food, or even copies the recipe and sends you the outcomes. This happened with my very good mate Spencer Campbell’s daughter Tiana. Yes daughter, and an eight year old daughter at that. Tiana you have made me very proud that you tried The Semi-Naked Chef’s Breakfast in One, and created your very own Breakfast in one, Tiana Campbell Style.

What I also love about what she has done with her dish, is that she has made it her version – this is absolutely Breakfast in one, Tiana Campbell Style. She made one large one, and she used sausages not bacon. I am so happy. What I have said many times before is cooking is not about following the recipe, a recipe should hopefully just give you some inspiration to cook, and create and look at what she has done here – exactly that.

Here she is before she goes in the oven – check it out.

Now I look at Tiana’s, you know I am thinking actually her’s is way more practical. Myself having a family of 3 kids and 2 adults, why make little individual ones? Just make a big one, enough to feed the whole family. Great work again Tiana.

The finished article… Ding Dong!!!

Now that looks damn good in my reckoning. I’d eat that any day of the week.

So very proud of you Tiana.

So come on folks if an 8 year can do it, so can you. Breakfast in one, Tiana Campbell Style. Get on with it you lazy buggers, The Semi-Naked Chef says so. ENJOY!!!

Father of 3. All my kids are mixed, with English-Japanese, and English-Filipino - a recipe in the making there. I have been cooking since a small lad, as guided by my Nan and my Mum - gradually that morphed through exposure to Thai cooking from a lovely lady called Da in Margate. I used to hang out in her restaurant and watch the techniques. So the 1+1= greater than 2 occurred - Mum/Nan/Da - off I went in to the world of Asian cuisine. Moving to Asia in early 2000's clearly has brought that on somewhat - we travel continually, and eat locally and therefore have exposure to more and more new things. I have lived my dream and written a cook book whilst here, an amazing experience and all for a good cause too as I raised a lot of money for charity. My blog is now hopefully turning in to book number 2. Watch this space. I hope you enjoy my passion.
