Chef Antonio Miscellaneo, the visionary behind Casa Vostra and the founder of the acclaimed La Bottega Enoteca – celebrated as the Top Pizzeria in Singapore in 2023 and featured in the 50 Top Pizza’s Guide to the Best Pizzerias – introduces this innovative concept to the the long list of restaurants at Raffles City. With roots deeply embedded in Belluno, amidst the majestic Dolomites, Antonio’s background is steeped in a family tradition of making food from scratch and a philosophy of hospitality that welcomes everyone as if to his own home.
Casa Vostra stands out for its unique approach to Italian classics, particularly its pizza offerings. The Newpolitan® pizzas, twelve-inch masterpieces, are crafted daily using select Italian flours. Fermented traditionally for over 48 hours and shaped by Master Pizzaiolos, these pizzas are baked at a searing 500℃, resulting in a base that is crispy, airy, and scioglievole – meltingly tender in every bite.
