Anda Pearl Premier Resort Review: Best Resort in Anda?
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Review: When someone said, “get off the beaten track,” in Bohol, Anda was probably the target. And hidden at the end of a sandy road that feels like it’s trying hard to remember its location, I found Anda Pearl Premier Resort—a beachfront sanctuary. White-sands, coconut palms, a five-pool splash zone, and some seriously good food and live music entertainment.
This Bohol beachfront resort proclaims “peaceful retreat” on Expedia, but trust me, it’s also kid-powered waterpark, and private party locale, with a dash of zen for adults nursing sunshine sins. And I mean this all in a positive way, it was just so very nice.
Stepping inside, you’re greeted by a huge lobby so modern it could be in Singapore’s CBD—but with a coconut twist. My family room came with a huge balcony overlooking the topaz seas of Anda. It had an air conditioner that worked like a ninja—silent and deadly (Jude had set it to 18 degrees)—with turtle towels on the bed and a fruit selection to compete with Fortnum and Mason.
“Well, it’s 8 pm somewhere in the Philippines.” One TripAdvisor review captured the vibe perfectly: “Great pool, customer service, food, and rooms” —and the staff’s warmth really does hit like a sun-high-five. We only stayed on night, but it left a big long-lingering memory. Thanks to Anda Pearl Premier Resort and all your most wonderful staff.

Anda Pearl Premier Resort Price and Anda Pearl Premier Resort Entrance Fee
The Anda Pearl Premier Resort Price is below, and we share the per room rate, by the room type including a room photo just for you. Here, we are stating that it is great value for money for the rating that Islifearecipe.net has given the resort: 4.5/5. It’s a little out of the way so I doubt they have walk-ins, so I did not espy any Anda Pearl Premier Resort Entrance Fee.
Once breakfast calms down the food hangover, there are five swimmimg pools to patrol (and possibly judge other tourists from). One of them is a family-friendly lagoon, another is a lap pool for gym-minded travellers (you know who you are), and the rest are perfect for casual cannonballs. Throw in stand-up paddleboarding for those developing a six-pack, not drinking one like me, and you’ve got a day that’s equal parts exertion and euphoria.
Oh—and don’t expect solid Wi-Fi by the beach; the connection there was more relaxed than my wife after four frozen margaritas. But surely no Wi-Fi is a good thing, as you’ll down the device and soak in the stunning location instead.
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Rooms: Anda Pearl Premier Resort Room Rates
Rooms at the resort come in various sizes. I stayed in a Family Room with a balcony to die for—ideal to sip morning coffee while plotting the day’s laziness. I dreamt of being a travel writer as I sat there contemplating how lazy I could be this day…
Expedia boasts cool rooms, minibars, cable TVs, and desks . Staff offered extra bed options and bent over backwards (literally) to bring me a duvet when Jude made the AC made me forget I’m in the tropics.I loved our Family Room, with stunning views of the seas of Bohol from our huge balcony, even incorporating a beatiful Jacuzzi Spa.
TripAdvisor reviews highlight the novelty of being “on the beach” while staying indoors: “Rooms are clean, bathroom has a hot and cold shower. There are 4 pools available”. Another review said it’s “a quiet place at the end of a long sandy road on a nice little cove”—a lovely reminder that peace is a direction, not a postcode.
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Room Rates
- Family Suite Room: Php 13,200/night.
- Standard Premier Room: Php 6,600/night. That’s the photo above, lovely room.
- Standard Deluxe Room: Php 4,400/night
(Rates are subject to change without prior notice)
The Family Suite is the photo above. A huge room with two monster double beds, massive balcony, and even a jacuzzi: highly recommended to get this room.
Check this bad boy out. No, not Jude Jude, I mean the Jacuzzi. Cold enough to shrink the best of us, but lovely all lit at night, in the bubbles with a beer looking over the ocean, watching the waves roll in. Yeah, that’s kind of magical, is it not?
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Restaurant Menu: what did we eat today...?
We has such a splendid dinner here. The food was incredible, as in truly incredible. The band that was playing in the restaurant this evening were totally amazing, up there with the best live music I have heard. So, what a joyous night for fourteen of us – and all for approximately $120 SGD. I nearly fell off my chair: that’s just a WOW price for what we experienced!!! Great job Anda Pearl Bohol: total quality!!!
Now they advertise a menu anywhere that I can find, so this is all from memory, and sorry no individual pricing due to lack of memory. But, suffice it to say, check the price above which included copious amounts of drinks, beers for moi, and even a round of drinks for the band… Yeah, you get the point…
Sizzling Stuffed Squid
This was super-delish and proper sizzling, not just plated on a griddle plate for show. This thing was nuclear hot when it was served on the table, and I love that as it finishes off the dish with a delicious charring. Nicely done Chef and crew. Plus, how nice does that looking plated and sizzling away. Feedback was that this Squid dish rocked, fresh as, soft and bouncy squid, delicious gravy and trimmings. WOOF!!!
Sizzling Sisig
Again totally a quality Sisig and some. Again properly sizzlin’. This was like sitting 100m from the face of the sun when this was served on the table. Again, that finishes the cook of this iconic Filipino favourite: Sisig. This had pig face, liver, ears, and belly, perfect seasoning and a spice level leaving you disappointed you hadn’t put loo rolls in the fridge. Totally quality. DING DONG!!!
Lomi (sadly for yours truly, with fish stock and prawns)
This rather special local soup, Lomi, has become a favourite since “finding” it as Jose’s in the Tagbilaran CBD. I totally dig it now and will order it most times if on the menu. But, sadly this one was fishy up to the gills. Family feedback was represented by the totally empty bowl after about 5-minutes of serving it up.
Lechon Kawali
Without a doubt, this is the best I have ever had, and I have had a LOT of Lechon Kawali in my eighteen years visiting the Philippines. This was so juicy on the meat, cooked to true perfection, and then the crunch on the skin was like a sniper rifle shot “crack” on every bite. 10/10 rating just for this dish. Kawali Angels came down and sang a song or two with the band when this was served: best ever!!! Amazing job, Chef!!!
Korean Sizzling Beef
WOOF!!! Just WOOF!!! OK, it’s MOO!!! This Korean dish totally rocked my world. Seasoning overload in a good way, as it was umami all over. The beef was so tender your gran could eat it with her teeth out. I ordered some fires just to finish all that sticky gooey gravy. Oh man, this really was so delicious. Another 10/10 for this one, Chef. And it is highly likely I will be trying to recreate this for my Kapre Bar and Restaurant on Panglao: treat that as a compliment Chef.
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Review: Improvements Worth Whispering (Not Yelling)
No resort is flawless. One TripAdvisor reviewer said, “The rooms were a little bit old, but they were clean… it is far from the next town”. Some guests noted patchy Wi‑Fi at the poolside, the sporadic AC hiccup, and occasional room hiccups—nothing major, mostly character marks that make you appreciate their fixes. One Expedia guest did mention the resort was just a bit pricey for the location , but the friendliness of staff and calm outweigh most nitpicks.
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Reviews: Beach Meets Bar: Sunset Shenanigans
By late afternoon, it’s best to gravitate toward the main bar: check that view in the photo above—where sunset cocktails, and an icy-cold local bevearage called beer, are served with a side of shame (for buying another drink). The bar staff claim they “mix local secrets into every cocktail”, but maybe I just made that up.
One TripAdvisor voice praised the private beach, calling it “a perfect spot for lazy afternoons” . I can’t argue with that—it’s quiet, uncrowded, and slightly hidden from mainland madness—unless you’re loud, like me, and then it’s exactly loud enough: for me that is, cough cough…
Dinner arrives in the main restaurant from 6pm: grilled seafood that tastes like it leapt off the boat straight to the plate, flavoured by outdoor breezes and a soundtrack of small waves: yeah it really is that good. One TripAdvisor review said, “The food was simple and good with nothing to write home about. The service was always prompt and the staff very welcoming”. In travel blogging, “nothing to write home about” is PR-talk. I wrote home anyway, or it wouldn’t be in your review… duh!!!
Family Kennett, and Islifearecipe.net, totally dispute the “nothing to write home about” as a BS call-out, from someone clearly having a bad day. The food was exceptional, the entertainment unsurpassed, and the serving crew just brilliant. Great job Anda Pearl, seriously, great job… #BeProud
Welcoming the Locals, Tiger and Tots
The other nice thing about Anda Pearl resort Bohol is its mix of guests. Families, honeymooners, pet travellers, locals, organised events, 75th birthdays, and retirees wandering around like they’ve forgotten they’re on vacation or what country they were in (yes, I am talking about me, albeit not retired yet).
I noticed one reviewer on Agoda describing it as “family-friendly, delicious food, and stunning”. Plus, the resort is pet-friendly, so we had Sky join us for the pool party on this trip.
Kids love the playground near the beach, and parents love the calm kids’ pool. For the early risers, for the late-night types, the bar welcomes shouts, laughter, and maybe one too many tunes – including jamming opportunities. And if you’re thinking of bringing your wetsuit, head off-site for island hopping, snorkelling in Cabagnow Cave Pools, climbing over the iconic Chocolate Hills, or just visiting the white talcum powder beaches all along Anda.
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Review: How many pools...?
Check it out, I counted at least four, maybe five pools, and six pools if you include our jacuzzi. Wow. All nicely tiered on their way down to the beachfront. Lovely by day, and just stunning by night.

Anda Pearl Premier Resort Review: Final Thoughts
It’s a Bohol beachfront resort that combines honest beach vibes, cartwheely pool time, dinner and entertainment worthy of your dead ancestors, and a pet-friendly pass, you’ll struggle to find a better candidate than Anda Pearl Resort. Just fun, sunscreen, and a spirit ready for slow days and donwtime.
So here’s the official Islifearecipe.net line: Anda Pearl Resort, Bohol is that seaside getaway that keeps you comfy, full, entertained, and just far enough from mass tourism to still feel like you’re doing something right. With smiles, spontaneity, and plenty of salty air, it’s a three-star retreat that’s five-star in personality.
Will we return here next year when we celebrate Papang’s Anniversary in Mabini? Absolutely. Did the resort cause me to forget my keyboard and spend too much time doing nothing-nearly? You bet your coconuts, nearly, but then I was writing up reviews about gorgeous moments in Panglao and Bohol.
This is the kind of place that quietly steals your heart and lingers in your memories long after you’ve left. It natuarally has that rare blend of barefoot luxury and genuine Filipino warmth, and delivers it in spades. The beachfront is simply stunning, with powdery white sand and turquoise waters right at your doorstep, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like family (not just another guest with a room number).
Enjoy lazy days by the pool, feasting on the freshest seafood and Filipino food, or exploring the hidden gems of Anda, this resort is a perfect launchpad for your Bohol adventure. If you are dreaming of a peaceful escape where the pace is slow, the smiles are real, and the sunsets are unforgettable—Anda Pearl Premier Resort is a must-visit. Trust me, you’ll want to come back before you’ve even left.
Parting Tips for Anda Pearl Premier Resort Fans
- Early to breakfast: Breakfast was a tad “meh” in comparison to dinner. The food is served in the usual silver troughs, but had no heat beneath so were cold. So I reckon an early start would be best, as and when it is cooked.
- Pack swim gear: Five pools is a serious promise (but no poolside booze: you have to go to the bar up those stairs – a little weird).
- Arm your phone with a local SIM, as the Wifi seems to drop a wee bit here. I had to pair from one of the staff mobiles to get connectivity, bless them.
- Plan a sunset beach walk and Instagram-moment: Stick around those palm trees when the sun dips.
- Chillax: This place is beautiful. Exhale a couple of deep breaths, and just sink into your chair, or laze in the pool and get on Philippines “time”. It’s heavenly.
Anda Pearl Premier Resort Address
Location & Logistics: In the Middle of Beautiful Nowhere
Here’s the thing about Anda Bohol: it’s not on Panglao Island. It’s a ~3-hour scenic ride from Tagbilaran and 15 minutes from Anda town. It’s quiet. Like, echo-in-your-head quiet. Which is delightful—until you realize you forgot your sunscreen at reception and now you’re trekking through sand dunes to rescue SPF. But wait, the resort offers tour assistance and transfers, so with a bit of planning, even that sunscreen rescue mission feels organised.
Local restaurants, grocery shops, and a pharmacy are a short tricycle away; the vibe is easy-peasy, with vendors selling grilled corn and coconut shakes along the side roads. If you’re craving more action, day-trippers recommend heading to nearby cabagnow cave pools, Anda Beach, or the Lamanok historical caves.
