The GINporean Spirit

The GINporean Spirit — a forthcoming event series celebrating Singapore’s 58th birthday. This dynamic collaboration between local favourites, Chimi’s, Chimichanga, and Brass Lion Distillery, perfectly encapsulates the rich flavours and cultural vibrancy of Singapore through a series of events and expertly crafted cocktails, led by Brass Lion’s ambassador, Kino Soh.

The GINporean Spirit series of events will take place between 10th to 13th August and will feature cocktail specials all through August.

Among the highlights is Kino’s inventive take on the classic Singapore Sling, aptly named the Sunset Sling. Picture Brass Lion Butterfly Pea Gin harmoniously blended with Cointreau, Pineapple Puree, Honey Water, Lime, all elegantly presented with a delicate Ginger Flower and garnished with dehydrated pineapple and pandan leaves.

Here, you’ll have the opportunity to handpick the freshest and most flavourful ingredients that will serve as the essence of your cocktails.
