ChillaxBBX Chili Black Pudding with Holmbury Vintage Cheddar Cheese

 

Courtesy of Mr Rutherford taking a wee trip to Chris’, I was lucky enough on a Sunday morning to have a great big lump of Holmbury Vintage Cheddar Cheese, and Clonakilty Black Pudding. So I made a new dish, ChillaxBBX Chili Black Pudding with Holmbury Vintage Cheddar Cheese.

ChillaxBBX Chili Black Pudding with Holmbury Vintage Cheddar Cheese
Chris, you are gonna love this adaption mate using two of your amazing products. What a breakfast. Give it a go peeps.

Incredibly simple to make, with only three ingredients. Blink and miss this guys believe. But in simplicity comes greatness, as ChillaxBBX Chili Black Pudding with Holmbury Vintage Cheddar Cheese is abso-bloody-lutely superb.

  1. Cut a big lump off your black pudding, remove the outer covering, and cut into cubes;
  2. Finely chop up one chilli padi;
  3. Cut up a lump of the cheese into small pieces (easier for melting);
  4. Throw the chilli and black pudding in a frying pan with a little oil;
  5. Fry that off until nice and crispy – as you fry chop up the lumps;
  6. Plate it up as I did, and then crumble the cheese all over;
  7. If you have one, use a Chef flamer to melt and char the cheese.
