Butter Bacon Prawns: amazing recipe, so simple but so very delicious

Butter Bacon Prawns, was something special for Wifey and Strawberry Blonde today. Just for something to do and a leg stretch, I took Amy over to Cold Storage and they had MONSTER and super-fresh prawns for sale. It sent my mind flooding back to Malacca and the Portuguese Settlement foodcourt and those incredible Butter Prawns. Remember them? Well, this became my version of them for lunch today. Butter Bacon Prawns.

You will need;
- 12x super-prawns
- 3 Tbsp of finely chopped garlic
- 5-6 sprigs of fresh Thyme
- 1/2 a packet of bacon bits
- 1 packet of finely chopped Chives for garnish
- 3 Tbsp of fried garlic (you can buy this at the supermarket)
- Sea salt & cracked black pepper
- A little Olive oil.
