BBQ Recipes
It was impromptu BBQ time. Mr Rutherford had SMS’d me at 10 am to organise a BBQ at 5 pm on the same day. Yep, I’ll grab that challenge by the balls. And because of that dear friends, you get 5 more BBQ Recipes. Seriously so very simple. All you need to do is whack these ingredients in a zip-lock bag about 5 hours before your BBQ, and you are done. It really is that simple.

Just to remind you. Throw all the following into zip-lock bags, and when you are ready simply BBQ them to your preference of done-ness. Here we go with BBQ recipes.
Beef short rib, 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic and a good pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Roasted carrots, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped ginger, a knob of butter and a good pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper. To cook these I left them in some silver foil and put them on the BBQ. Delicious!!!

Steamed fish with lemon, I used Sea Bass, score the skin with some cuts, and on both sides add some slices of lemon, a drizzle of olive oil, and a good pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper. Cover in a silver foil blanket and steam on the BBQ. You will end up with the moistest and flavoursome fish ever. It’s a cracker!!!

Pork with Pitta, toast pitta breads and place on top the following; Greek yoghurt with a cup of chopped mint and 2 lemon’s juice mixed together, some roughly chopped iceberg lettuce, and some marmite pork. Marinade a pork loin in 2 tablespoons of marmite, 2 tablespoons of honey and a good pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Roasted tomahawks, so simple. Give each tomahawk a bloody good sprinkle of sea salt and cracked black pepper on both sides. That is that, slow roast on the edge of the BBQ until it is spongy like a baby bum. Cover with a towel for 20 minutes and then slice up. You will have meat like the picture above, medium rare of sorts. It was INCREDIBLE meat. Thanks to Rutherford for bringing the steak up from Australia. Belters mate, belters!!!
