- A smooth, balanced sake pairing perfectly with steak

Total (inclusive of GST 9%): $94.90
The combination of perfectly cooked steaks, flavourful sides, and the sake’s crisp finish created a satisfying but not a memorable meal due to the poor servie levels but more on that later.

6. Dining Tips for Bizen Funan Mall
Don’t expect great service here despite the fact there is a Tips box on the counter. We arrived around 2.30pm, the place was empty (all other restaurants nearby were full) and the only two staff there were eating their lunch.
There was another couple outside waiting but they gave up and walked away. We entered and the younger of the tw0 staff while still sitting down pointed us to take a seat by pointing to the table from afar, not off to a good start when it comes to service.
Like many restaurants today its all down to a QR code to order your food but given the introduction to service a poorly made web app was much better and clearly more helpful.
The older of the two staff eventually came over with a physical menu and swiftly walked off before we could ask for any level of service, so between the app and the menu we got into the order you saw above.
The steak was good quality and both seasoned and cooked very well, whilst that does not make up for bad service it does highlight why so many restaurants are losing money right now.
