Garlic Cheesy Bread Recipe
This was a belter. My garlic cheesy bread recipe.
A home made little recipe this.
Watch the video, but here we go for the recipe.
- 2 baguette loaves;
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic;
- 1 slab of butter – make sure it’s salted;
- Salt & pepper – a good pinch; and
- Half a packet of grated parmesan.
So easy.
Quickly zap the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds, just to melt it down a bit.
Then in a bowl whack all the other ingredients with the melted butter. Get all the ingredients mixed nicely.Cut the bread lengthways about 3/4 through and then spoon the garlic cheese mix in evenly. Wrap the baguette in silver foil.

Last night I used a BBQ to cook, but you could do this in the oven. 5 minutes each side until the bread is browned and the ingredients are melted in to the bread.
