So here we go – really only enough for one here, albeit that Mary and Ollie both shared this.
Not a bad looking late breakfast for Mary hey?
All you need to do is throw all the ingredients in a fry pan, and lightly fry off until the salmon is fully cooked through – literally this will take 5 minutes or so. So so quick this dish. With great results.
- 1 pack of salmon and octopus sushi – I just popped over Cold Storage to get this;
- 1 heaped teaspoon turmeric;
- 1 teaspoon paprika;
- 3 tablespoons lime juice;
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic;
- A pinch of salt; and
- A glut of olive oil.
So again this is just how easy it is.
All in pan. On with the heat. Lightly turn once. 5 minutes later off the heat and serve.
Come on even Baby Jude could cook this.
