The muted tones are complemented by large windows, filling the space with natural light, making it an Instagrammer’s dream.

What We Ordered: A Delightful Meal

Drinks:

  1. Apple Americano
    • This refreshing drink was an unexpected blend of fruity sweetness and robust coffee. The apple tones added a tangy twist to the traditional Americano, balancing the coffee’s boldness perfectly.
  2. Hot Black Coffee with an Extra Shot
    • Classic and straightforward, this coffee delivered a bold and rich flavour. The additional shot made it a strong contender for those needing a caffeine boost.

Mains:

  1. Sando Chicken Katsu
    • A highlight of the meal, this sandwich featured perfectly fried chicken katsu nestled between fluffy white bread. The shredded cabbage added a refreshing crunch, while the dashi flavour elevated the dish’s complexity.
  2. Tempura Saba Fish
    • This dish was a revelation. The tempura batter was light and crispy, perfectly complementing the rich and oily saba fish. The accompanying sauce tied the dish together beautifully.
