ChillaxBBQ Maricel’s Leaving Party: Best party in 2017

ChillaxBBQ Maricel’s Leaving Party was a rather good event, even if I say so myself…

A very special event this one for ChillaxBBQ, as sadly it is all in honour of one of our best friends, and actually family for my Mary. We had this to say a fond farewell to our Maricel. We had the Annakis girls round for a party on us. This was ChillaxBBQ Maricel’s Leaving Party.

My new dish of Moroccan fish with homemade dipping sauce (cinnamon sugar caramel with passion fruit and pomegranate) was an absolute winner as you’ll see shortly.

And add to that my Thai-style Snapper with homemade tartar sauce – double whammy!!

Our infamous Singapore-style slow roast pork bellies, and paprika pork crackles on the slow roast at 90 degrees for 3 hours.

So it was a fantastic party, we think. We really hope you enjoyed it Maricel. We’re going to really miss you, sweetheart.
