Raffles Coffee and Toast takes its name from the iconic Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles who was best known for his founding of modern Singapore and shaping the local coffee culture. Today, Singapore is famous for its local coffee known as kopi. Kopi is typically served with sweetened condensed milk and is a staple of local breakfasts with eggs and toasts.

 

At Raffles Coffee, we honour this heritage by using traditional roasting techniques and high-quality beans sourced from the region. Our coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted to perfection, resulting in a robust and flavourful cup of coffee.
