Tong Heng (東興) is a well-known Hong Kong-style bakery whose kiosk at Jurong Point is known for its egg tarts. The diamond-shaped tarts have a wobbly egg custard and a flaky, buttery crust. The kiosk also sells traditional Cantonese and Chinese pastries, BBQ pork crisps and pandan kaya spreads.
