The whole recipe and how to do it is a mere click away. I thought I’d try my hand at this with the support of my videographer, Strawberry Blonde. It’s also quite a tricky little thing to do so the video is the best way to show off how to do it – a picture paints a …, but a video paints a …x1000. Looks like an omelette but when you cut into it BOOM, gooey egg yolk comes running. Very unique.
