What a great day. I truly love my ‘hobby job’. At ChillaxBBQ Часть девятая – Knibbsy Birthday, not only did we get completely immersed in the party at the request of Knibbsy himself, but I even had my Amy stay over after the first time of meeting the family. We had such fun and made so many new friends. Mr & Mr’s Knibbs we cannot thank you enough, truly, and again Happy Birthday David and happy house-warming too. Luke thanks for the intros to Knibbsy, and finally to family Archer – be proud brother, what truly beautiful people! Just a great time. And we got paid for it ha ha! LEGENDS.

OK with no chili I had ti improv and luckily had some wagyu – so 5 little serving portions in a Russian Roulette style, here it comes people – this was a CLASSICNot sure if Ollie is proud of his skewers… You decide!Turning in to a signature dish, medium rare rib eye, served on sizzling skillet with varied tomatoes, garlic and coriander.You don’t have to be mad to work at ChillaxBBQ, but…We don’t do things by halves – not one hand today within the crew that has any hair left on it!The big man, slightly distant today missing his Stacy ha ha – great work again fella!Our Teppanyaki grill comes out for the first time at a commercial gig – Ollie owned it well!Carved ChillaxBBQ Porchetta – oh yeah baby!Chillaxing and Socialising – the man that cause the event and his gorgeous daughter – thank Luke my friend, without your intro this would not have happened buddy!
