Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil and Balsamic Spoons

I have just one thing to focus your attention – the more you spend on the Balsamic, the better the experience you will have. Choosing a good Balsamic is like choosing a good wine. It will make such a difference to your finished product of Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil and Balsamic Spoons.
It is so so simple folks. Ready, steady, go – are you ready? Here comes the whistle stop recipe for Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil and Balsamic Spoons.
What you’ll need for 10-15 starter spoons;
- 1 punnet of sweet cherry tomatoes – cut them in to half;
- 1 packet of roughly chopped sweet/or holy basil;
- 1 mozzarella cheese ball cut in to small cubes;
- Balsamic vinegar (up the ante to a good quality);
- Olive oil (again make it good quality); and
- Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper.
In a bowl add the tomatoes, basil, cheese and then drizzle over a couple of good plugs of Balsamic and Olive oil. Sprinkle a good pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir this through and serve on Asia soup spoons as per the picture. Stand back and listen to the slurping.
